Soccer in the Rain!

We had a great time watching Andrew play soccer this weekend in the rain! It poured! The kids loved it. We have a great bunch of parents and they were well prepared. We had two Rain Tents and our little blue tent kept us dry! They won 5-0. Love Soccer in Washington! Sorry Allison- probably looks great after sitting in 100 degree weather for soccer in LasVegas.

You will die laughing... they cancel games if it is raining here... the grass might get ruined! hahaha! I about died the first time it happened.

it does look nice and cool! I am jealous. today's game should be about 96 out... ugh.

listen. . . atleast you guys are out battling the weather watching your own children. "soccer saturday" is every saturday for me until the day I die. Every saturday I say to myself "self why do you come watch shawn coach soccer, you could be at home being lazy, eating ice cream" Yet every saturday I follow my husband around all over utah and watch him coach 2 games, then play in a mens league and then I actually play with him in a co-ed indoor game, AND THEN there are the Real MLS games. I will be soccered out by the time I actually have my own kids!

PS that is the best umbrella Julie! Love it!!!

we have big umbrellas like that in Vegas, but they are used for keeping the sunshine from burning us. Sorry you have clouds and rain while we're living in totally blue skies and no rain whatsoever. Oh yea, and its about 80 degrees here. getting cold... for Vegas.

P.S. But we're VERY glad Gary is feeling better. Perhaps a trip to Vegas would cure him further...
