Life is not always fair...

Just when you think things are going well and you feel like you can relax a little bit....BANG! You get a curve ball thrown at you. But It could have been worse, I know. But it still was a shock to the system.

One week Gary is happy in his office that he has worked in for over 9 years. The next week they have pulled him out and sent him to an Issaquah office. No say or choice really involved. If you argue too much you are not a team player and people get upset. Then you know what happens next time a promotion comes along...Well I should not gripe too much. Who knows who will read this...This is how I feel it went down. No name calling here (that I can say out loud). Nice way companies reward their best employees.

Pictures of packing and getting ready to go with 3 days notice.
We will miss being down town and all of the activities and sights that we enjoyed.
The traffic is one thing we will not miss. Sometimes it takes an hour to get to the freeway entrance...about 4 blocks away. Most days Gary took the bus so not that big of a deal.

We happened to have an office party the week end before it all went down. It was fun to see everyone again. They are a nice bunch of people. Sorry! Hope to see you all around.

Well....Gary is getting settled in his new office. Takes 10 minutes to get to work and traffic is good most days. Free parking and no protesters in sight. I am upset about this more than he is. He is a good team player and will turn this office around in no time. Then hopefully we will get back to normal. What ever that is...Thanks for letting me vent.

Life is still AWESOME! We have so much to be thankful for!
I love you Gary!
